I’ve been so impressed with the Fuji XT20 as a travel camera. Its image quality and size have me reaching for it over my Canon 5D Mark IV. In this video, I’ll share my thoughts on what makes the Fuji X-T20 a great travel companion.

Great vid Omar. I love those small "stupid" tips that you give ☺️. It is great to try using them when I shoot. A quick question about the wide lens you use:Is it compatible with the AF system of the XT20? Ahhh, and welcome to Israel. Hope you're having a great time!

I have the XT10, and the same 12mm Rokinon. Took it to Peru last year. Great travel package. I want the XT2 or the XT20.

You're hilarious. I love this thing to travel with and I got the Rokinon on your recommendation and it's absolutely amazing. It's interesting to have DoF like that on a wide angle. Makes for very unique and dreamy shots.

i think, 16mm f 1.4 and 90mm f2 can replace your canon gear because fuji produce similar result with less weight L)

Omar does an ASMR camera whispering video. Kinda weird, but good info. Have a great trip!

Thanks for the travel video Omar. I have the 18-55 kit lens. I was thinking of adding the 23mm f2 for travel or do you have any better suggestions for an additional lens. Enjoy taking street photos. Would you prefer the Rokinon?

  • I use the mode below on my X-T2 when I'm expecting aircraft or birds to appear.

Press the VIEW MODE button to cycle through the following display modes:

    • EVF ONLY: Viewfinder on, LCD monitor off.

The EVF stays on full time.

I, too, want to get the strap you use for your XT20. But I'm a little paranoid that those thing strings will just snap. Can trust its durability? I also have a Fujifilm with the "kit" lens.

What I don't understand is why people add grips to smaller cameras making them bigger. When you add the grip it's about the same size as the XT2. I had the Xpro2 and made this mistake with the fuji grip making it bigger than the XT2. I have since sold the XPro2 and went with a XT2. I really debated the XT20 however with the grip it's about the same size as the XT2. Keep up the great videos.

Do you have problems with jerking in the live-view mode while using C-focus? After a few seconds, the live-view starts to jerk.
